1. General Information

2. Orders and Payments
2.1. All orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2. Payment methods include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified at checkout. 2.3. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.4. A full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to confirm your order. For custom orders, the deposit is non-refundable once the production has begun.
3. Delivery Policy
3.1. Delivery charges vary depending on the product size, weight, and destination. Full details are provided at checkout.
3.2. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
3.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible.
3.4. Customers must inspect delivered items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4.2. To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone. Proof of purchase is required.
4.3. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
4.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5. Custom Orders
5.1. Custom-made furniture is non-refundable unless proven faulty or not matching the agreed specifications.
5.2. Changes to custom orders must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
5.3. Delivery cost is not included in the price. For distances up to 50 miles, the cost is £35. For distances over 50 miles, the delivery cost will be arranged individually with the customer. 6. Warranty
6.1. All products come with a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

7.1. Agnes Furniture is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Complaints and Disputes

10.2. Assembly services (if applicable) must be requested at the time of order. Additional charges may apply.
