Our company cannot guarantee (as in the case of Royal Mail services) the delivery time. The courier has a determined route in the relevant area of Great Britain and may not be physically able to be at your place at a given time.

All furniture purchased from us will be delivered directly to your home.

Delivery costs do not include carrying goods to the apartment and their assembly. We are not responsible for any damage caused during carrying in the purchased goods. It is in the interest of the buyer to carry in the delivered goods. The room furniture is transported in packages for self-assembly.

At the time of receipt of the goods, each buyer is obliged to check, at the presence of the courier, if the goods do not include mechanical damage which took place during transport and whether the goods comply with the order.

Before placing your order, please make sure that the sofa will fit in your home. This concerns especially orders for large corners and sofa beds (for example whether the height of the staircase ceiling at home allows you to carry the furniture).

The actual dimensions of upholstered furniture may differ from those provided on the website in the range of +/- 5cm.

If the ordered furniture does not fit into your home, we have the right to leave it at the location and demand full payment. We determine the cost of delivery based on the distance of the destination from our headquarters. We agree it with the customer by phone.
